Hey there, it's been a while!

Hey again! I have resurfaced. I wish I could say the last few weeks have been busy and that's why I haven't posted anything, but they really haven't. In actuality, the last week and a half have been kind of boring. We are finally settling into a schedule that involves lots of Norwegian classes. Even though we are two months into the school year, the NLC class has hardly had a full week where we haven't been away or had some sort of special event going on. So here we are. The last time I posted was October 13th where I shared lots of photos of my vacation to Oslo. While it was definitely a vacation, once we returned, we felt like we needed a vacation from the vacation. It was a solid week and a half of waking up early, walking 20 minutes to the train station in Drammen, riding 30 minutes into Oslo, spending a full day there, riding the train 30 minutes home, walking 20 minutes home in the dark, and rinse and repeat.   Helena, Sophie, and I after a night at a friends. As you can tell, most days were rainy and foggy.  We went to an art exhibit at a nearby art gallery. It was super interesting and I ended up paying way too much to buy one of these books haha 1st softis of the day. This time I tried it with blueberry and sprinkles. Very good. 2nd softis of the day. Stunning. Beautiful. Amazing.  I bought this dress for $10 from a thrift store! My aunt Heather has always been a big fan of thrifting, and she even thrifted both of my prom dresses! When I see things like this, I always think of her. I ended up cutting the sleeves off which improves it quite a bit haha. Here we have some coconut curry that Marlene made! Absolutely delicious. Found this at a local bookstore Photos from an overpriced photo booth   Tuva, Sophie, and I taking the subway at 2am Little part near our apartment in Drammen. Me sleeping on the train. There’s Xoan in front of me too  Uff and Fretex were the go-to second hand clothing

You can walk on top of it to get an interesting view of downtown Oslo.  Another picture from the top of the opera house! From left to right. Helena, me, Marlene. Another one on top of the opera house. Here we are, preparing for our first day alone is Oslo. From left to right. Chance (US), Pia (Germany), Helena (UK), Keegan (US), Marlene (Germany), Nora (France).  This is us trying to figure out what bus to take before embarking on our solo Oslo trip. The only extra person here is Noah from the US.  Walking in the neighborhood by the first apartment we stayed in. As an overview, we left the hostel last Thursday (the 30th), hauled all of our gear across Oslo, and settled into an apartment for the next 3 days. Then, on Sunday, we moved to Drammen (A town 20 minutes outside of Oslo) and stayed at our fr
